Job summary

GENIUS COOLING TOWERS GLOBAL SDN BHD in Nilai is seeking a Production Executive/Production Assistant to monitor and ensure production meets delivery schedules, plan raw material purchases, and coordinate interdepartmental deliveries. You will oversee manpower productivity and submit daily output records while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, speak Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin an added advantage), with 2–3

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin an added advantage.
• Autocad (to read and interpret the drawing).
• Microsoft Office.
• Min 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Metal & Fabrication experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure it meets the delivery schedule.
• Plan and make purchase requests for raw materials for departmental use.
• Liaise with in-house departments to coordinate interdepartmental deliveries.
• Ensure departmental manpower achieves maximum production output.
• Submit daily production output records.
• Foster high teamwork and continuous improvement within the department.
