Job summary

Nobel Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking an hands-on Operations Executive to join the manufacturing team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on production planning, coordinating with Production, QC, Warehouse, Graphic and Sales to ensure orders are produced correctly and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing/Operations/Engineering or related field and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years' manufacturing/production experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Printing, label or packaging experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Responsible, organised and willing to work hands‑on on the factory floor.
• Able to take ownership and follow through on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production planning and job schedules.
• Monitor production progress, manpower and machine capacity.
• Conduct regular factory floor checks and follow up on outstanding jobs.
• Ensure operators follow job sheets, SOPs and quality requirements.
• Coordinate raw materials and production requirements.
• Work closely with QC to monitor quality, rejection and wastage.
• Identify production delays, quality issues and operational problems and ensure timely corrective action.
• Monitor machine condition, downtime and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare simple production and operational reports.
• Support management in improving productivity, quality and factory operations.
