Job summary

Magnum Plastic Industry Sdn Bhd in Pusing, Perak, an established plastic manufacturer since 1983 with ISO certifications, is seeking a Senior Technical Executive/Manager - Injection Moulding. You will lead and develop the technical team, work with QA/QC and production to assess feasibility, and drive key metrics like OEE and cycle time.

The role requires 4–5 years in injection moulding, a Diploma or higher, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, develop, and supervise the technical team.

Collaboration: Work closely with the QA/QC and production teams to evaluate technical feasibility and requirements.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and improve key production indicators, including OEE, scrap rate, cycle time, and on‑time delivery.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of hands‑on "injection moulding" machine experience (mandatory).

Education: Minimum Diploma and above.

Languages: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Industry Background: Mass production manufacturing experience with strong technical knowledge of moulding, tooling, and manufacturing operations.

Key Skills: Possess analytical, leadership, and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of robotic systems is an added advantage.
