Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations in an injection moulding department. You will drive schedule adherence, oversee shift leads, operators and technicians, and coordinate with tooling maintenance and quality teams to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Engineering or Manufacturing with at least 5 years in plastic injection moulding, plus strong leadership and bilingual communication in

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in plastic injection moulding manufacturing, supervisory preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in Malay/English; teamwork focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daytoday production operations in an injection moulding department
• Drive production schedule adherence, ensuring targets for output, yield, quality and safety are met.
• Supervise team of shift leads, operators and machine technicians.
• Coordinate with tooling maintenance, mouldchange teams, process engineering and quality assurance.
• Identify process bottlenecks, initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement activities (e.g., 5S, TPM, Kaizen).
• Ensure mould setup, machine startup, changeover and shutdown routines are executed properly.
• Assist in manpower planning, training and development of team members
• Maintain compliance with health, safety & environmental regulations, and internal operational standards.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication (Malay/English), problem solving and team management skills.
• Willingness to work shifts or rotational hours, as required by production schedule
