Job summary

Matrix Flavours & Fragrances Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Executive to coordinate daily manufacturing operations across liquid and powder flavor lines, ensuring efficiency, safety, and GMP compliance. You will monitor line performance, support process control, and verify batch records using EPICOR ERP.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, quality management, and collaboration with QA and R&D for new product trials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent field of study.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of experience in food/flavour or ingredient manufacturing.
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably EPICOR) is an advantage.
Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to work in a hands-on production environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, HACCP, HALAL & KOSHER).
Experience in quality management systems and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production activities according to the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Monitor batch progress and verify process parameters.
Check production readiness of materials, equipment, and tools.
Record production data and material usage in EPICOR accurately.
Assist in monitoring output, waste, and efficiency.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Planning for material flow.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, Halal standards.
Conduct hygiene, labeling, and packaging checks.
