Private Advertiser is seeking a Production Executive in Malaysia to support the Operation Manager by coordinating daily laminating production activities, ensuring plans, output targets, quality, and food safety standards are met. The candidate should have a diploma (food science is a plus) and 2–3 years in a food manufacturing setting, with strong attention to detail and strong communication

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily laminating production progress vs. production plan.
• Track output, schedule adherence, and Plan vs. Actual performance.
• Coordinate daily activities and resolve delays, bottlenecks, or material issues
• Provide timely production status updates to the Operation Manager
• Compile and verify daily/weekly/monthly production data and KPIs
• Maintain records for output, productivity, manpower, yield, waste, downtime
• Monitor wastage, rework, downtime, and equipment-related losses
• Coordinate with Planning, QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, Procurement
• Ensure production records and checklists are complete and traceable

Description du poste

The Production Executive is responsible for supporting the Operation Manager in coordinating, monitoring, and following up daily laminating production activities to ensure production plans, output targets, quality requirements, food safety standards, and operational KPIs are achieved. The role focuses on production execution follow-up, production data accuracy, manpower and resource coordination, wastage and downtime monitoring, operational issue tracking, cross-functional coordination, and corrective-action follow-up.

Key responsibilities

Monitor daily laminating production progress against the approved production plan and required priorities

Track production output, schedule adherence, Plan vs. Actual performance, and outstanding production requirements

Coordinate daily production activities and follow up delays, shortfalls, bottlenecks, manpower constraints, material issues, and other operational disruptions

Provide timely production status updates and elevate significant gaps, risks, or unresolved issues to the Operation Manager

Compile and verify daily, weekly, and monthly production data and performance information

Maintain accurate records for production output, productivity, manpower, overtime, yield, wastage, downtime, and other assigned KPIs

Monitor production wastage, rework, rejection, yield, and material loss and highlight abnormal variances

Monitor production downtime, stoppages, equipment-related losses, and recurring operational interruptions

Coordinate production-related matters with Production Planning, QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, Procurement, and other relevant departments

Ensure required production records, checklists, process records, and supporting documents are properly completed, maintained, and traceable

About you

At least diploma in any field (Food Science will be added advantage)

At least 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing industry

Familiar with food safety management, ISO 22000, FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, MESTI

Responsible, organized, and disciplined

Good production coordination and problem-solving ability

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational follow-up items

Strong attention to detail, process compliance, and data accuracy
