Job summary

Spritzer Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Production Technician (Injection Moulding Machine) to lead a team on the production line, ensuring adherence to procedures and line cleanliness. The role involves training operators, material preparation, and timely reporting to the Technical Supervisor.

You will troubleshoot equipment, perform mold setup per schedule, and contribute to GMP/ISO compliance while driving improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a group of production operators and carry out daily assignments.
• Familiar with GMP practices and ISO document updates.
• Experience in coordinating attendance, headcount and downtime measurement.
• Ability to prepare materials and perform mold setup according to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of production operators in daily tasks assigned by Technical Supervisor.
• Ensure all work follows procedures and maintain cleanliness of production line.
• Prepare materials for next day production and update records.
• Assist in training new production operators.
• Check materials used and verify accuracy of labeling and packaging quantities.
• Troubleshoot machines and products; perform mold setup as per schedule.
• Carry out daily GMP practice and update ISO documents.
• Pursue kaizen projects (minimum 1 per year).

Job description

Production Technician (Injection Moulding Machine)

Lead a group of production operators in carrying out daily assignments assigned by Technical Supervisor.

Ensure that all work is carried out according to procedures.

Ensure that cleanliness of production line is maintained.

Ensure that reports and records are properly done.

Assist in training for new production operators

Check & ensure that correct material is used for production.

Prepare all related materials for next day production.

Feedback to Technical Supervisor / HOD for any problem arise.

Check daily attendance & arrange headcount based on their flexibility.

Measure the technician assigned/comment the downtime shotscope.

Measure technician/operators carried out the Jobs Preventive Maintenance/ daily checklist and Jobs Production

Ensure the KPI is achieve as target.

Machine and product troubleshooting.

Mold setup according to the Jobs Schedule

Carried out the daily GMP practice

Update all the ISO document

Ensure the label qty printing is tally with physical Qty of output.

Ensure all the E10 material charge out is correctly.

Assist operators prepare packaging material if necessary.

To do the kaizen project – Minimum 1 project per year
