SPRITZER Group is seeking a capable planning and procurement professional to coordinate production schedules, forecast demand, and manage packaging materials while minimizing obsolete stock. The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

The candidate will review finish goods movement, monitor production output, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate data in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with strategic and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of planning and monitoring finished goods movement for on-time fulfillment.
• Experience with production scheduling and forecasting based on sales movement.
• Experience tracking production volume and customer demand patterns.

Responsabilités

• Review, plan, control and monitor finished goods movement for smooth order fulfillment.
• Develop production schedules based on forecasts and sales movement.
• Monitor production output performance.
• Order and schedule packaging materials to maintain healthy stock levels.
• Ensure final product stock levels are healthy.
• Minimize pallet transfers through lead-time planning for orders.
• Track production volume and monitor customer demand and purchasing trends.
• Arrange monthly sales forecast meetings and SLOB reviews.
• Minimize obsolete stock and liabilities.
• Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production and downtime.
• Utilize ERP/IT systems; ensure data accuracy and resolve issues.
• Consolidate data to create demand plans (historical sales, trends, seasonality, promotions, budgets).
• Coordinate with production planning and liaise with relevant departments.
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to procedures and gather sufficient data before purchases.
• Negotiate with external providers on pricing, delivery and terms; maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain procurement data (provider info, prices) securely.
• Handle ad-hoc special tasks as needed.

• Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule & to minimize planned downtime.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
• Utilize any ERP or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.
• Consolidate needed data to create the demand plan such as historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, budget sales targets and inventory targeted levels.
• To coordinate and liaise with relevant department in production planning
• To ensure that procurement activities has been conducted according to documented procedure and sufficient procurement data are gathered before the purchase of goods.
• To liaise / negotiate with external providers on matters relating to pricing, delivery and terms and condition. Negotiation shall be conducted in an open and professional manner where no deception shall be allowed.
• To upkeep all procurement data which shall include but not limited to external provider information, purchase price, etc. All this information shall be treated as private and confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the consent from management of the company.
• To be assigned with special tasks on an ad-hoc basis should there’s need arises.
