Job summary

AGRO SNOW SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Production Executive to support daily production activities and coordinate Halal compliance requirements. You will work with the Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Management teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and that all raw materials, production processes, documentation and facilities comply with Halal requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Halal Management, Manufacturing, Chemical/Process Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in food manufacturing, production or Halal compliance.
• Experience in a food processing or ingredient manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, traceability and Halal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs, GMP, food safety and quality requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Warehouse and Supply Chain on production needs.
• Prepare and maintain production records, reports and checklists.

• Assist in Halal inspections, audits and corrective actions.
• Maintain 5S, hygiene and housekeeping in production areas.
• Coordinate Halal training and awareness for staff.

Job description

We are seeking a hands‑on and responsible Production Executive to support daily production activities while coordinating the company's Halal compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Management teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and that all raw materials, production processes, documentation and facilities comply with the company's Halal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring daily production activities.

Monitor production output, manpower, process parameters, material usage and production efficiency.

Ensure production activities are carried out according to SOPs, work instructions, GMP, food safety and quality requirements.

Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams on production requirements and operational issues.

Prepare and maintain production records, reports, checklists and related documentation.

Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor housekeeping, hygiene and 5S standards within production areas.

Support commissioning, trial runs and start‑up activities for production equipment and processes.

Coordinate Halal compliance activities within the factory.

Maintain and update Halal‑related documentation, records, ingredient information, supplier documents and supporting certificates.

Verify raw materials, ingredients, processing aids, packaging materials and suppliers for Halal compliance before use.

Assist in preparing and maintaining the company's Halal Assurance System / Halal Management System.

Coordinate internal Halal inspections and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.

Support applications, renewals, audits and inspections related to Halal certification.

Act as the coordination point between Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, Warehouse and relevant parties on Halal matters.

Assist in conducting Halal awareness and internal training for employees.

Ensure segregation, storage, handling, processing and traceability requirements related to Halal products are properly maintained.

Immediately report any potential Halal non‑compliance or contamination risk to Management and QA/QC.

Support customer, regulatory and certification audits as required.

Perform other production and compliance‑related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Halal Management, Manufacturing, Chemical/Process Engineering or related field.

Preferably 5–7 years of experience in food manufacturing, production or Halal compliance.

Experience in a food processing or ingredient manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, traceability and Halal requirements.

Halal Executive training/certification will be an added advantage.

Able to maintain proper documentation and coordinate certification/audit activities.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Hands‑on, responsible and willing to work closely with factory operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
