PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Job summary

CY Group in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, coordinate and monitor production activities at our Bukit Beruntung site to meet monthly targets. You will work with QA and other departments to resolve quality issues and improve overall efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in manufacturing/engineering, is proficient with MS Office, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in plastic recycling is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Knowledge / experience working in Plastic Recycling manufacturing plants will be an added advantage.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor production activities according to schedule to meet monthly production target
• Prepare, review and analyse production reports to improve overall effectiveness and efficiencies
• Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions
• Provide coaching and mentoring for the production team in all aspects by maintaining positive employee relations and adherence to Company policies, safety standards and housekeeping practices
• Coordinate with QA department and other related department on product quality related issue
• Any other tasks that may be assigned by management
