Job summary

CY Group in Malaysia is seeking production operators to support daily manufacturing activities in a plastic recycling facility. You will follow the production schedule, assist in line setup, and monitor output.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong teamwork and communication are valued as you work with operators and technicians to maintain clean, safe production areas and learn multiple production functions.

Qualifications

• SPM-level qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in plastic recycling manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations according to the production schedule and instructions.
• Assist in line setup, monitoring and output tracking.
• Support troubleshouting of production issues with supervisor and technician.
• Prepare basic production and issue tracking reports.
• Work closely with operators, technicians and line leaders to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the production area.
• Participate actively in on-the-job training and learn different production functions as assigned.
