Cosmx Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd, located in Kedah, is seeking a Production Assistant Manager/Superintendent to drive the annual work plan and optimize production policies, processes, and systems. The role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, yield, and cost reductions while leading a production team.

You will implement 5S and safety management, monitor turnover, and collaborate with leadership to meet targets.

Competenze

• Preferred Diploma/Bachelor in Operations Management, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay.

Responsible for the continuous optimization of production policies, processes and systems and achieve production output based on production plan.

Improve the overall efficiency, product quality and rolling yield rate of the production and reduction of production costs.

Overseeing the 5S implementation and safety production management in the production.

Responsible for the production workers' skill development and team building in the production.

Responsible for the monitoring and improvement of production workers' turnover rate in the production.

Other management tasks in the production as assigned by plant manager/superior.

Requirements:

Preferable possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’sDegree in Operations Management,Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Production Assistant Manager/Superintendent/Supervisoror similar role, with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay language.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Knowledge of production standards and quality control principles (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma certification is a plus).

Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.

Leadership and Team Management:Proven ability to lead, guide, and motivate production teams to achieve or exceed performance targets.

Problem-SolvingSkills:Excellentatdiagnosingproductionissuesandimplementing effective solutions in real-time.

CommunicationSkills:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, management and other departments.

Willing to work at our new manufacturing plant which located in Karangan, Kedah.
