Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience managing batch-style custom production in a job-shop or specialized manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drawing tools.
• Understanding of custom fabrication processes and material planning.
• Strong adaptive leadership and schedule realignment capabilities.
