Job summary

BEAUDREY ASIA SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive Project Engineer to manage projects from order execution through delivery, installation, and commissioning.

You will coordinate internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include planning, procurement, documentation, and multi-department coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in project coordination, project management, or engineering projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, and client-facing activities is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for spare parts and project-related requirements.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier negotiations and purchase orders.
• Follow up on fabrication, manufacturing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance.
• Manage project documentation and client contractual requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate packing, shipment, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and performance, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
