Inter Tool Grow Tech in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a CNC Machinist/Programmer to support production operations. Responsibilities include programming and editing CNC machines, setting up and commissioning mills and lathes, analyzing processes, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has at least a diploma or degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering) and 1 year of related experience; fresh grads are welcome.

Programming: They create and modify programs [Mastercam / Hypermill etc] for various machining operations, translating technical drawings into machine instructions.
Machine Setup and Commissioning: They set up and commission CNC mills, lathes, and other machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
Process Optimization: They analyse and optimize the CNC production process to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Troubleshooting: They diagnose and resolve machine issues and production problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Quality Control: They implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure parts meet specifications.
Documentation: They maintain accurate records of production processes and machine settings.
Collaboration: They work closely with other engineers, machinists, and production staff to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Safety: They prioritize and maintain a safe working environment.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field. (preferably Mechanical Eng.)
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Skill(s): CNC machining skill (G-code, tooling, maintenance, etc..), GD&T knowledge (Able to read simple drawings, perform measuring, etc); Lean Manufacturing Principle; ISO knowledge is an advantage.
