Job summary

Flex Precision Manufacturing – Sekudai, Johor is seeking a skilled CNC machinist to operate and maintain milling machines, read drawings, and ensure part quality. The role involves daily maintenance, recording production data, and following strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or above, 1+ year machining experience, and basic English/Malay communication skills. Shift work and safety-minded attitude are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or above, mechanical processing or CNC technology preferred.
• Over 1 year of relevant working experience in machining.
• Able to read engineering drawings, skilled in machine operation and basic setting.
• Proficient in using caliper, micrometer and other measuring tools.
• Strong safety awareness and responsible attitude, able to work shift.
• Basic English and Malay communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and debug CNC milling machines, process parts per drawings and technical standards.
• Inspect workpiece dimensions, replace and check cutters to ensure processing accuracy.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance, cleaning and routine inspection.
• Fill in production and equipment records, manage materials and waste.
• Follow workshop safety rules and complete assigned production tasks.
• Solve simple production issues and report abnormal conditions timely.
