Elite Material (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Engineer to monitor daily production, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with multiple teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to develop PCB knowledge and technical skills.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor daily production and achieve production volume targets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Track production output, efficiency, yield, and downtime.

Analyse production data and report performance to management.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.

Follow up on production issues and improve productivity.

Familiar with quality management tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA).

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. (Fresh Graduate encourage to apply)

Good verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Proficiency in Chinese is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Candidates without PCB experience are also encouraged to apply. We welcome individuals with around two years of experience in Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, or other technical roles. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to develop the necessary PCB knowledge and technical skills.
