Job summary

Elite Material (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Engineer to monitor daily production, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with multiple teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to develop PCB knowledge and technical skills.

The role requires good Chinese and English communication, with proficiency in Mandarin needed to engage with clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production and achieve volume targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Track output, efficiency, yield, and downtime.
• Analyze production data and report performance to management.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
• Follow up on production issues and improve productivity.
• Familiar with quality management tools (SPC, FMEA).
