Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a proactive Team Member for Production Assurance / Projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle commission payments, resolve grievances, support management reporting, and contribute to system enhancements to drive efficiency and accuracy.

You will work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure controls, risk management, and compliance are upheld while continually improving processes and reporting quality.

Qualifications

• Finance, accounting or operations background.
• Experience in commission processing or payments is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent planning, organization and time management.
• Effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Willing to support projects and system improvements.
• Self-motivated and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Handle commission payment calculations across all distribution channels.
• Manage and resolve payment grievances; prepare and issue payment notes.
• Perform overall reporting and provide management with relevant information.
• Ensure accuracy and documentation of commission and payment records.
• Support projects and system enhancements, including TA system improvements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk management and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and reporting quality.
