Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a proactive Team Member for Production Assurance / Projects in Malaysia. The role focuses on managing commission payment processes, handling payment grievances, and contributing to management reporting and system enhancements.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient operations and drive continuous improvement within production assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Background in finance, accounting, operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience in commission processing, payments, reporting, or operations support is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable supporting projects and system enhancement initiatives.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle commission payment calculations across all distribution channels in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage and resolve payment grievances, including preparation and issuance of payment notes.
• Perform overall reporting and provide relevant information to internal management.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of commission and payment records.
• Support and manage projects and system enhancements, including improvements to the TA system.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support smooth implementation of enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting quality.
