Job summary

Future Food Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Admin to support our manufacturing operations with efficient administrative processes and coordination in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

The role requires proven admin experience in a production or manufacturing setting, strong organization, and proficiency in MS Office, English and Malay; you will help maintain records, inventory, reports and cross-department communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or production support role within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
• Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and communicate with departments.
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting systems.
• Assist with inventory management and tracking of materials.
• Prepare and distribute production reports to management.
• Provide admin support to the production team.
• Liaise between production, QA and other departments.
• Manage production-related correspondence and compliance documentation.
• Organise and maintain production files and databases.
• Support the production manager and team as needed.
