Job summary

SC NEW ENERGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented admin professional in Pasir Gudang to support production operations. The role focuses on accuracy in data entry and cross-functional coordination.

You will update production records, prepare daily and weekly reports, handle SOPs and filing, and work closely with warehouse, QA, maintenance, and planning teams. Strong multitasking and language skills are valued.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma in Business Admin or related field.
• Clerical experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Able to communicate with our diverse client in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Update production records - output, downtime, rejection, and attendance.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports.
• Handle work orders, SOPs, forms, and filing.
• Coordinate with warehouse on material usage and stock availability.
• Liaise with QA, maintenance, and planning teams on schedules.
• Process overtime claims and attendance records.
• Carry out other admin tasks as assigned.
