Job summary

GANGYAO TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Assistant to handle daily data entry, verify production data, and maintain records in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires diploma or degree, fresh graduates welcome, strong numerical skills, Excel proficiency, and Mandarin language ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. You will work both independently and in a team, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Production Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong attention to detail and high sensitivity to data accuracy.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with data, numbers, reports, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Responsible, careful, organized, and able to detect errors or discrepancies in data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry, updating, checking, and verification of production data.
• Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Prepare and update production reports, schedules, and related documents.
• Check data carefully to identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
• Compile and organize production data for reporting and reference.
• Ensure all production data is accurate, complete, and properly recorded.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of production records.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain and verify production information.
• Handle production data and information with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
