Job summary

METEX STEEL SDN BHD is seeking a production admin professional to compile, record and maintain daily production data, including output and material usage. You will update records from work orders and specifications, and prepare regular production reports.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure accurate documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / certificate / diploma in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Compile, record and maintain daily production data, including output, raw material usage and quality records.
• Update production records based on work orders, production sheets, product specifications and other supporting documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports accurately and within the required timeline.
• Prepare and distribute daily production forms and documents to Operators.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Control and other departments on production-related documentation and information.

Education

SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
