Job summary

Xinyi Energy Smart (M) Sdn Bhd is setting up a Strategic Glass Hub in Jasin, Melaka to support local and Southeast Asian glass demand. We seek a diligent Production Administrator to manage attendance, leaves, certifications, PPE coordination, and production-related documentation.

Mandarin-speaking candidates with a Diploma in Business Admin/HR and strong MS Office skills are preferred. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field.
• Strong Mandarin language skills are required for communication and writing.
• Excellent attention to detail with good organizational abilities and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily attendance recording and tracking.
• Process and update leave applications.
• Check and update certifications and license validity.
• Coordinate PPE ordering and issuance.
• Prepare production-related documents and reports.
• Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth production operations.

Check, maintain, and update employee certifications and license validity.

Coordinate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) ordering and issuance.

Assist in preparing production-related documents and reports.

Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth production operations.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field.

Able to communicate and write in Mandarin (required).

Strong attention to detail, good organization skills, and ability to work independently.

Prior experience in administrative or production coordination roles will be an added advantage.
