Job summary

CS Eco Glass (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Information Technology Executive to manage and maintain internal business systems and IT infrastructure in its Malaysian operations. You will oversee OA, ERP, MES, PDA modules, train users, report issues, and implement new system features.

The role requires multilingual communication (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) and at least 3 years in manufacturing IT. Overtime may be required in busy periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; Mandarin skills preferred for client communication.
• Technically competent with good analytical skills, result oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain subsidiary modules within internal business systems (OA, ERP, MES, PDA, and consumption systems).
• Test, train, report issues, and resolve problems in internal systems.
• Research new system requirements, implement systems, and provide training.
• Maintain office terminals, IT equipment, surveillance devices, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor and inspect status of business system servers in the data center.
• Maintain video conferencing equipment and telecommunications devices.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance daily.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job description

- Responsible for the management and maintenance of subsidiary modules within the company's internal business systems, including OA, ERP, MES, PDA, and consumption systems;

- Responsible for testing, training, issue reporting, and resolution of internal business systems;

- Responsible for researching new business system requirements, system implementation, and training;

- Responsible for the maintenance of company office terminals, IT equipment, surveillance devices, and office networks;

- Responsible for maintaining and inspecting the status of business system servers in the company’s data center;

- Responsible for the maintenance of company video conferencing equipment and telecommunication devices (excluding parts managed by the carrier);

- Responsible for daily troubleshooting and maintenance within the company;

- Possesses strong learning ability and adaptability;

- Completes other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

2. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

3. Technically competent with good analytical skills, result oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance.

4. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency and tight deadlines.

5. At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment.

6. Able to work overtime when needed.
