Job summary

Kibing Group Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a detail‑minded translator to manage English translations of daily factory operations and to organize Mandarin and English materials. You will support daily management and coordination across departments, ensuring translations are accurate and useful for internal teams.

The role requires fluency in Bahasa, English and Mandarin, with a diploma or degree in any field, and manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in any field.
• Manufacturing experience is highly desired.
• Confident working with HQ teams and internal parties.
• Initiative with minimal supervision and excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the English translation of the daily operation of the factory and organize/archive Mandarin and English materials.
• Assist the factory in daily management and department coordination.
• Ensure translations are high quality, clear, concise and error-free.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure translations meet their needs.
• Communicate between Malaysia and Production/developer team in China.
• Carry out any other duties as directed by supervisor.

Ensures high quality and relevancy of translations - Translation is clear, concise, and free of typographical errors.

Follow up with internal team members or support members to ensure translation meets their needs

Communicate between Malaysia and Production/ developer team in China.

To carry out any other duties as and when directed by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in any field.

Working experience in manufacturing is highly desired.

Confident working alongside at all levels with HQ team, superior and internal parties.

Initiative with minimal supervision and excellent organisational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa, English and Mandarin (as need to communicate with mandarin speaking superiors)
