Job summary

Airfilter Engineering is seeking a motivated Planning Assistant to join our Kota Kemuning plant in Shah Alam. The role reports to the Planning Manager and supports production planning and admin tasks.

You will handle data entry, update reports, maintain documents, and assist daily administrative work. Fresh graduates or SPM holders with relevant experience are welcomed; Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with certificate in accounting or business administration.
• SPM holders with 2 to 3 years working experience will also be considered.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
• Possess good working attitude, hands on and is hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and ensure all production-related information is accurately recorded and updated.
• Assist in updating production planning and production status reports.
• Update production reports and prepare data on production output, efficiency, rejects, and material consumption and other relevant production-related information.
• Maintain proper filing of production and planning documents.
• Ensure all records and documents are complete and up to date.
• Assist the Production Department with daily administrative work.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
