Responsibilities

• Plan and provide technical support to product performance to contract manufacturers, customers, sales, marketing and quality.
• Constantly monitor and improve on-going manufacturing product performance and NPIs in terms of quality, yield and cost.
• Provide timely & accurate reporting on product performance metrics.
• Support on customers returns, analyze and provide solution to the problems.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze data, and use various problem solving methodology.
• Manage product document assembly and test specifications
