You will assist with test specifications, document assembly, and handling customer returns, contributing to timely solutions and continuous product improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience in analyzing product performance data and applying problem-solving methods.
• Ability to report on performance metrics and trends to cross-functional teams.
• Experience with test specifications and documentation management.
• Support manufacturing NPIs focusing on quality, yield and cost improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and provide technical support for product performance to manufacturers, customers and internal teams.
• Monitor ongoing product performance and NPIs for quality, yield and cost optimization.
• Provide timely reporting on performance metrics and data-driven insights.
• Assist with handling returns and providing root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Manage document assembly and test specification preparation.
