Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide technical support for product performance to manufacturers, customers and internal teams.
• Monitor ongoing product performance and NPIs for quality, yield and cost optimization.
• Provide timely reporting on performance metrics and data-driven insights.
• Assist with handling returns and providing root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Manage document assembly and test specification preparation.
