Job summary

Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. is seeking a Test Engineer in Penang, Malaysia. You will be responsible for product manufacturing test strategy, ensuring tests meet specifications, and supporting production to improve test yield and reduce test time.

The role involves NPI activities, knowledge transfer from R&D, test development, and collaboration across teams to optimize test systems and meet ISO standards with traceability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics or similar discipline.
Strong data analysis and communication skills.
Experience with C++, .NET (TE.net) and test development is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement product manufacturing test strategy according to specifications.
Support production to improve test yield and reduce test time.
Lead NPI activities including knowledge transfer from R&D and test development.
Develop test suites conforming to manufacturing/quality goals.
Assist in improving downtime and capacity via tester upgrades and trend analysis.
Perform OOT analysis with RCA, CA and improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot tester down issues to minimize impact on supply.
Provide test transfer qualification and line sustaining support.
