Job summary

NXP Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Test Product Engineer to ensure quality and reliability of semiconductor products through the development, optimization, and maintenance of test solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design test plans, develop test hardware, and perform yield analysis to drive improvements and support NPI activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor test engineering or product testing is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain test programs for semiconductor products on ATE platforms.
• Collaborate with design/validation teams to define test requirements and test hardware.
• Perform yield analysis, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Characterize products across temperature/voltage conditions for reliability.
• Support failure analysis by providing detailed test data and insights.
• Participate in NPI test plan development and production ramp-up.
