Job summary

LKL Advance Metaltech Sdn Bhd is expanding its team in Pulau Pinang (Branch office) to support the maintenance, installation, testing and commissioning of medical devices and related products. You will troubleshoot faults, prepare service reports and collaborate closely with production to implement corrective actions.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Certificate with manufacturing experience, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate preferable or at least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Preferable a valid D/GDL driving license.

Responsibilities

• To troubleshoot any breakdown and faults involving specified medical devices.
• To prepare and compile work order and service report.
• To carry out tasks as listed in work order report.
• Collaborate with production to investigate, analyze and plan/implement effective actions.
• Conducts daily observation and reporting of hazards, quality and security issues.
• Monitor product performance & ensure corrective measures are taken.
• To assist for the installation, testing and commissioning of products.
• Answer queries and provide technical support & service via phone or directly to customers.
• To perform other related jobs as assigned by superior from time to time.
• Implement and maintain QMS, in accordance to ISO 9001 / EN ISO 13485.

b) Preferable a valid D/GDL driving license.
