Job summary

LKL Advance Metaltech Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to coordinate with sales admin, production, warehouse and logistics, ensuring smooth manufacturing of assemblies and sprays.

The role involves planning daily schedules, managing warehouse operations and staff attendance, implementing ISO 9001/EN ISO 13485 QMS, maintaining 5S and workplace safety, and participating in product design when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales administration, production, warehouse & logistics division.
• Responsible for overall running of the manufacturing process (Assembly and Spray department).
• Manage and organize daily warehouse operations and manpower attendance as assigned jobs to staff.
• Implement and maintain QMS, in accordance to ISO 9001 / EN ISO 13485.
• Arrange and planning daily delivery schedule.
• Responsible to monitor 5S activities and safety in workplace.
• Involvement in product design whenever necessary.
• To receive and conduct the inspection for the incoming materials at the designated location.
• To perform other related jobs as assigned by superior from time to time.
• Implement and maintain QMS, in accordance to ISO 9001 / EN ISO 13485.
