Job summary

Touch 'n Go (TNG Digital Sdn Bhd) is hiring a Digital Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization, and to define strategy and PRDs aligned with business needs.

You will partner with Technology, UX, Commercial, Compliance, Risk, Finance, BI, QA, and Customer Care to deliver initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive data-driven decisions that improve product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, CS, IT, Business, Banking or Finance.
• 4+ years of experience in digital product management, fintech, or tech.
• Experience in Remittance, Visa, Insurance, or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and write clear PRDs aligned with needs.
• Collaborate with Technology, UX, Commercial, Compliance, Risk, Finance, BI, QA, and Customer Care.
• Manage dependencies and communicate roadmap changes with impact assessment.
• Drive project execution with engineering and IT PMs to meet timelines.
• Define and track product performance metrics and conduct post-implementation reviews.

What would you do?

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and analysis to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and write clear PRDs aligned with business and customer needs.
• Work closely with Technology, UX, Commercial, Compliance, Risk, Finance, BI, QA, and Customer Care teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Manage product dependencies and communicate roadmap changes with clear impact assessment.
• Drive project execution in partnership with engineering and IT PMs to meet delivery timelines.
• Define and track product performance metrics, conduct post-implementation reviews, and make data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate product enhancement requests and identify new opportunities based on market and customer insights.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.

Who should join us?
