Job summary

TNG Digital, part of TNG Digital Group, is seeking a passionate entry-level business professional to help grow the Foreigner Hub in Malaysia. You will research opportunities, support partnership activities, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to drive revenue-generating initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and commercial performance of the Foreigner Hub, including new products and partnerships.
• Research new foreigner-specific use cases and business opportunities, including payments and international services.
• Support business development and partnerships activities, including research, engagement, proposals, onboarding, and launch.
• Maintain the Foreigner Hub partnership and pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Operations through launches.
• Monitor performance of Foreigner Hub products, campaigns and partners for improvements.
• Assist planning and execution of campaigns including acquisition, referrals, cashback, and engagement.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare regular business updates, proposals, and management materials.
• Support day-to-day operations, partner coordination, and issue follow-ups; explore automation/AI opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Support the growth and commercial performance of the Foreigner Hub, including new products, partnerships, sales opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives.


• Research and identify new foreigner-specific use cases and business opportunities, including payments, international bill payments, connectivity, lifestyle services and other relevant propositions.


• Support business development and partnership activities, including partner research, engagement, proposal preparation, meeting coordination, onboarding, launch activities and post-launch follow-ups.


• Maintain and track the Foreigner Hub partnership and business pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and visibility on progress.


• Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Operations to support initiatives from planning through launch.


• Monitor the performance of Foreigner Hub products, campaigns and partners, and help identify opportunities for improvement.


• Support the planning and execution of segment and remittance campaigns, including acquisition, referral, cashback and engagement initiatives.


• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and campaign performance to generate insights that can improve engagement.


• Prepare regular business performance updates, commercial proposals, presentations and management materials.


• Support day-to-day business operations, partner coordination and issue follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives.


• Explore the use of data, automation and AI tools to improve productivity and business execution.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management or a related discipline.


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, marketing or business operations are also welcome.


• Strong interest in fintech, payments, digital businesses, commercial strategy or business development.


• Comfortable working with numbers and data, with the ability to identify basic trends and translate them into business insights.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in working with both internal stakeholders and external partners.


• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks, timelines and follow-ups effectively.


• Curious, proactive and willing to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to take on new challenges.


• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with analytics, dashboarding or AI productivity tools is an advantage.


• Interest in foreigner/migrant customer segments, international services and financial inclusion would be an advantage.
