Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Product Management Intern to support UAT, requirement analysis, and product delivery. You will work with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to ensure clear requirements, thorough testing, and quality delivery in a fintech setting.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the SDLC from gathering requirements to test execution and production readiness, fostering structured thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into structured requirement documents and user stories.
• Support preparation of PRD, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Help maintain documentation in Confluence and Jira.
• Validate requirement completeness and flag gaps or inconsistencies.
• Prepare UAT test cases based on defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Execute UAT test scenarios and document results clearly.
• Log defects and track issues with QA and Engineering teams.
• Assist in regression testing for new releases or bug fixes.
• Support coordination of UAT cycles with internal stakeholders or external partners.
• Provide support during development by clarifying requirements and responding to queries from internal teams.
• Participate in product walkthroughs, demos, and stakeholder reviews.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to support our team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement analysis, and product delivery activities.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to how digital products are built and launched in a fintech environment. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, thoroughly tested, and delivered with quality.

You’ll gain practical experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering and documentation to test execution and production readiness. If you enjoy structured thinking, problem-solving, and making sure "nothing slips through the cracks," this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

• Assist Product Managers in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into structured requirement documents and user stories
• Support preparation of Product Requirement Documents (PRD), process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Help maintain documentation in tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Validate requirement completeness and flag gaps or inconsistencies

UAT & Testing Support

• Prepare UAT test cases based on defined requirements and acceptance criteria
• Execute UAT test scenarios and document results clearly
• Log defects and track issues in collaboration with QA and Engineering teams
• Assist in regression testing for new releases or bug fixes
• Support coordination of UAT cycles with internal stakeholders or external partners

Product Delivery & Coordination

• Provide support to the product team during ongoing development by assisting with requirement clarifications and responding to queries raised by internal teams or stakeholders
• Participate in product walkthroughs, demos, and stakeholder review sessions

Operational & Ad-hoc Support

• Assist in post-release monitoring and validation
• Support root cause analysis for issues identified during UAT or post-production
• Help prepare simple reports or summaries related to testing progress and outcomes

Role Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
