Job summary

Touch ‘n Go is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end analysis for Lending within Financial Services. You will map the product ecosystem, drive PRDs with cross-functional teams, and manage roadmaps while coordinating with IT and business units to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 3–4 years in digital/mobile tech, strong analytics, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions. Competitive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end product analysis for key Lending in Financial Services.
• Understand product ecosystem and interdependencies to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with business and tech units to deliver roadmap and PRDs.
• Initiate and drive projects, raise IT requests, and document requirements.
• Lead PRD walkthroughs with Business Owners, Technology, Compliance, Risk, UX, etc.
• Coordinate with IT PM to keep systems on track and aligned with timelines.
• Define, track, and analyze product metrics for continuous improvement.

What would you do?

• To come up with detailed end-to-end product analysis key products within Financial Services (Lending).
• Understand the assigned overall product ecosystem and identify any interdependency with other related systems/project in order to make sound decisions & product tracking flow.
• Have clear understanding of the department's role in a product/project and able to work collectively with other business & tech units.
• Able to initiate & drive a project, raise IT request, and write product requirement documents (PRD).
• Responsible to do product PRD walkthrough with impacted stakeholders (Business Owners, Technology, Compliance, Risk, User Experience etc).
• Managing project and work hand in hand with Tech Division ensuring stakeholders stay up to date.
• Manage working group levels with IT PM to ensure all systems PICs progressing towards scheduled timeline.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define, manage, and execute the product roadmap.
• Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Who should join us?

• Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, Finance or related Professional Certification.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in digital/mobile app/tech industry
• Analytical skills and data oriented
• Passion towards product development
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed
• Experience in product management for Financial Services (Lending) will be an advantage
