Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of the retail deposits and payment products. The role focuses on building modern value propositions across savings, high-yield accounts, and debit card offerings while coordinating with digital channels.

You will analyze customer cohorts, optimize onboarding journeys, and work with CRM and data teams to drive salary crediting and initial funding.

Qualifications

6–10+ years of proven product management experience in Retail Banking or consumer deposits/payments.
High analytical fluency; comfortable interpreting dashboards, cohort analysis, and segmentation to drive growth.
Strong grasp of retail deposit economics, card schemes, payment rails, and regulator guidelines.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead and enhance the retail CASA suite and money movement products.
Analytics-Driven Acquisition: Leverage LTV, CPA, and response analytics to optimize acquisition.
Customer Primacy & Early Vintage Management: Analyze Month 1 to Month 6 cohorts and deploy onboarding journeys.
Debit Cards & Modern Payment Rails: Define and scale the lifestyle debit card portfolio and digital payments.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor product executives and coordinate with Digital Banking, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.
