Hong Leong Bank seeks a product professional to drive payment product strategy and ideation in our Kuala Lumpur team. You will identify opportunities based on customer needs, merchant pain points, market trends, and emerging technologies to define the product vision, value proposition and target customers.

• Identify opportunities based on customer needs, merchant pain points, market trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
• Define product vision, value proposition, target customer and desired business outcomes.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to validate opportunities and prioritize problems to solve.
• Develop understanding of payments ecosystem including merchants, payment methods, gateways, processors and fintech partners.
• Assess viability, scalability, and risks before development.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritization across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Technology to translate vision into scalable solutions.
• Work with UX/UI and stakeholders to develop intuitive product experiences.
• Ensure delivery against scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Balance speed to market with security, regulatory and operational considerations.
• Own post-launch performance and product health with KPIs like adoption, transactions, revenue and retention.
