Job summary

Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Product Specialist to provide in-depth product knowledge and support to the Sales Executive, focusing on Mercedes accessories and technicalities to meet customer needs.

You will conduct ongoing research on customer feedback and competitor products, maintain and uplift the dealership’s product knowledge, identify training needs, and act as an ambassador of the Mercedes Benz Product Business Partner at the dealership.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in automotive product/technical knowledge.
• Ability to deal credibly across frontline to senior management and customers.
• Motivation to constantly update technical knowledge.
• Multilingual with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• IT-savvy: computer, smartphone, Telemation and social media.

Qualifications:

Able to adapt and deal credibly with spectrum of people from front line to senior management and customers.

Strong motivation for constantly updating technical knowledge.

Multi-lingual, very good communication and interpersonal abilities.

IT-Savvy (literate in computer, smart phone, Telemation, social media post).

Ability to work independently and self-develop.
