• Strong written and spoken command of English and Bahasa Melayu (additional languages are a plus)

• Conduct briefing sessions for tour leaders and customer care teams regarding specific itinerary details and inclusions

The Product Executive is responsible for designing, developing, and pricing innovative tour packages that drive revenue. This role involves negotiating with vendors, monitoring travel trends, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of both group and customized travel itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Research, create, and curate unique travel itineraries, including routing, sightseeing, and daily activities
• Contract and negotiate competitive rates with airlines, hotels, ground operators, and local guides

About you
