Job summary

Exotic Asia Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Product Executive to design, price, and manage innovative tour packages. You will negotiate with vendors, monitor travel trends, and oversee end-to-end itineraries for group and customized tours.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Diploma highly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in tour planning, product development, or operations.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic travel booking systems.
• Excellent negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and deep geographical and cultural knowledge of global destinations.
• Strong written and spoken command of English and Bahasa Melayu (additional languages are a plus)

Responsibilities

• Research, create, and curate unique travel itineraries, including routing, sightseeing, and daily activities
• Contract and negotiate competitive rates with airlines, hotels, ground operators, and local guides
• Calculate precise costings and establish retail pricing structures that balance competitiveness with profitability
• Secure and monitor blocks of hotel rooms, flight seats (allotments), and attraction tickets
• Provide accurate product descriptions, image assets, and pricing grids to the marketing and website teams
• Conduct briefing sessions for tour leaders and customer care teams regarding specific itinerary details and inclusions
