EPIC CARDIO SDN BHD is seeking a Product Executive to collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals, introduce new products, and grow in the medical devices field.

You will plan launches, deliver demonstrations and CME sessions, and provide on-site technical support at hospitals and medical centres.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices, product support or healthcare marketing.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Valid driving licence and own transport; willingness to travel and attend events outside normal hours.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate new product launches, including promotional materials, customer presentations and launch activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training and Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Provide product application and technical support at hospitals and medical centres, including during procedures when required.
• Work with the sales team on product introductions, customer evaluations and follow-ups.
• Handle product enquiries and coordinate with manufacturers on technical support and training.
• Coordinate visiting proctors, including relevant applications, documentation and arrangements for clinical sessions.
• Organise marketing activities, workshops and exhibitions.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and share customer feedback and market developments.

Key responsibilities

Plan and coordinate new product launches, including promotional materials, customer presentations and launch activities

About you

Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field

Good communication, presentation and organisational skills, with an interest in product knowledge and marketing

Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently and in a team

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage
