Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, BIS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product/Project Management or software implementation.
• Experience with FMCG, Retail Tech, ERP, POS, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle including planning, implementation, and support.
• Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders and manage project timelines.
• Manage customer relationships with project updates and enhancement requests.
• Coordinate with dev and support teams to prioritize improvements and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, KPIs, and quality, driving continuous improvements.
