Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a driven Product Engineer to lead RetailAIM, our in-house retail execution and field force automation solution. You will act as a bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful product delivery and excellent customer experience.

You will oversee the product lifecycle, manage software implementation projects, and drive continuous improvements across the platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, BIS, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in product management, project management, software implementation, or related role.
Experience in FMCG, Retail Tech, ERP, POS, SaaS, or enterprise software is advantageous.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software implementation processes.
Experience managing customer-facing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle of RetailAIM, including planning, implementation, enhancements, and support.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage timelines, and ensure delivery.
Maintain strong customer relationships with updates and handling enhancement requests.
Coordinate with development and support teams to prioritize improvements and resolve issues.
Monitor project progress, KPIs, and product performance while driving continuous improvements.
