Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to help build RetailAIM, our in-house field force automation platform. You will develop modern web and mobile applications, build scalable backend services, and explore Agentic AI capabilities to enhance product intelligence.

Join a fast-paced Agile team and collaborate across disciplines while owning code quality, security, and performance. Experience with C#/.NET, React, Flutter, and Python is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field.
• Experience in full-stack development using C#/.NET and React.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable backend services with SQL databases.
• Nice to have Flutter for mobile and Python (FastAPI) experience.
• Familiarity with Azure, DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; AI exposure is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications using .NET, React, Flutter, and Python.
• Build scalable APIs, cloud-native services, and AI-powered features with a focus on security and performance.
• Develop and integrate Agentic AI capabilities such as AI agents, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle, including reviews and testing.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools while maintaining ownership, code quality, and engineering excellence.
