Job summary

DINGTONG PRECISION (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a professional familiar with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality systems and APQP to support R&D, production follow-up, BOM creation, ERP operation, and document control.

The role requires proficiency in 2D/3D design, MS Office, and ECN handling. The candidate will produce engineering drawings, SIP/SOP documents, and manage transfer and acceptance of fixed assets such as new molds and fixtures, while ensuring accurate dimensional analysis using precision

Qualifications

• Familiar with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality management systems and APQP process.
• Knowledge of R&D workflow: new product development, pilot/mass production, BOM creation, ERP operation and document filing.
• Proficient in 2D/3D and Microsoft Office; able to generate drawings and SIP/SOP documents and manage fixed assets transfers.
• Proficient with measuring instruments and dimensional analysis.
• Able to manage engineering drawing revisions and ECNs.

• Familiar with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality management systems and the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process, including preparing documentation for all APQP phases.
• Familiar with the R&D department's workflow, including new product development, pilot production, mass production follow-up, engineering BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, ERP operation, and engineering document management and filing.
• Proficient in 2D/3D and Microsoft Office software; capable of producing engineering product drawings, SIP (Standard Inspection Procedure), SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documents, and managing the transfer and acceptance of fixed assets such as new project molds and fixtures.
• Proficient in the use of measuring instruments and dimensional analysis.
• Able to handle engineering drawing revisions and process ECNs (Engineering Change Notices).
