Job summary

Calibre Events Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Johor Bahru to assist shoppers with product needs, demonstrate electronics, and drive sales.

You will handle transactions, maintain store presentation, and stay current on product trends. The role requires strong communication, cash handling accuracy, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a related consumer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of consumer electronics products, specifications, and technology trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to diverse customer groups.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and provide consultative selling.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology platforms.
• Strong numerical and cash handling skills with accuracy in transactions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping customers find the right products.
• Secondary education or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or consumer electronics would be advantageous.
